What Hito does

    It knows the people, not just the audio.

    It matches voices from one meeting to the next. A voice becomes a person only when you say so.

    It carries the project forward.

    Each meeting is read with the whole series behind it. Month six can read what was agreed in month one.

    It chases what was promised.

    Each commitment has an owner and a date. The owner gets an email, and a briefing goes out before the next meeting.

Who else uses it?

Nobody yet. I will not pretend otherwise. I do the install myself, with you.

There is no signal on site.

It records with no internet, keeps going with the screen locked, and uploads later.

Is it legal to record people?

Everyone in the room has to agree. The contract puts that consent on you, so we talk about it before the first recording.

When can I use it?

It is invite only today. Ask for a demo and I will write to set up a call.

What does it cost?

There is no public price yet. We talk about it on the call.

How does the install work?

One hour, with me. We set up the project, its words and the meeting. We ask the room for consent and record a real meeting.

What if a voice goes to the wrong person?

A voice becomes a person only after someone confirms it. Until then it stays Speaker 4, and you can fix it.

Does it work in Spanish?

Yes. The app and the record work in Spanish and in English.

A note from me

I build Hito myself. Nobody uses it yet, and I would rather say so.

That is why I do the install in person, on a one hour call. We set up your project, ask the room for consent, and record a real meeting. At the end of that hour you have the commitments written down, with a name and a date. If it does not help, tell me.
