Hito separates the voices in the recording and compares each voice with voices from earlier meetings. If a voice sounds like a known person, it suggests that person.
A voice becomes a person only when someone confirms it. Until then, Hito shows it as "Speaker 4". That way a name never sticks to the wrong voice.
Each project can keep its own vocabulary: people, clients, products and acronyms. Hito uses it when it transcribes, so those words come out right.
With the voices confirmed, Hito shows how much each person speaks, their strengths and what they can improve, and how the group relates. Everyone in the room should know this is analyzed. Read the rule for recording.
